LAMB CHOPS

Sous vide at 131 for 1 hour. Caveman seared, one minute fat, one minute each side. Served with chimichurri, twice baked potato, corn on the cob, a tomato veggie salad consisting of tomatoes green pepper green onion cucumber feta cheese and dressed with a homemade garlic Tzatziki Ranch Dill dressing. Pita bread to mop up the plate. Thanks for looking.
