Ribs & Lamb T-Bones

Made these with a blend of the usual stuff and some "ras el hanout" from myspicesage

These ribs turned out amazing considering I didn't put any of the usual effort in. Put them in with the egg way to cold, let it get way to hot (intentionality rushing it), sauce to keep them from drying out... and somehow they turned out better than my usual effort with wrapping and all that.
