A secret I've learned about cooking with bacon on the grill: Blanch the bacon for five minutes in boiling water. It takes out a lot of the moisture and some fat, allowing the bacon to crisp up much better on the grill.Maitland, FL

Inside part of bacon is still not cooked much. It’s great on tenderloin both beef and pork and chicken. But I don’t think I will try again with ribeye. Just my thoughtsThank you,DarianGalveston Texas
