Chimichurri sirloin

Never tried chimichurri sauce so I gave it a go.
Simple sauce using parsley, oregano, onion, red pepper flakesolive, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Grilled a sirloin kabob to put it on. Sorry about the plated picture. I dug in before photographing it.
