Unintentional yakitori/yakiniku

I meant to make these on my little konro grill, but it was too hot and I egged the skewers. Still very good, burnt the overhanging bamboo.  

Chicken thigh yakitori and wagyu ribeye cap yakiniku with green onion and mushrooms. Served with canned green beans, cuz they are great. 

I have no idea what order photos show up! (Exactly backwards). Might have burnt some arm hair. Yum.

Great cook and even better set up? Is that cast concrete?

It is limestone, hung vertically on the fronts. It's glued to a plywood backer and has a unseen L-bracket on bottom, and a few countersunk screws on the top. Glad you like it!
