Reverse sear apple smoked pork chop

Played with the Mini Max and tried something different. Smoked two chops at 225°-230° indirect for 50 minutes until internal temperature hit 130°pulled and let rest. Pulled the eggsetter off and opened up the mm to get it smoking hot.


450 degrees was about as hot I could get the egg, not enough lump left to get it screaming. The nice thing with the mm is your close to what's left.  Not quite the result I hoped for but it was tasty. Just live and learn, eat well and play with the eggs
