New Table set up for cook tonight.

Moved the new table on the patio and loaded the egg n time for dinner tonight. Chicken breasts, butternut squash and jalapeño poppers. First time using the popper stand. Worked fine but I’ll open up the holes to accommodate larger jalapeños. 













Nice to get back to working height after having my egg on cinderblocks during the table build.

I read butter nut squash and started drooling. I never thought to cut like that. Usually I do one cut lengthwise.

Wanting butternut , I googled and found a recipe off a vegan site ( no I’m not vegan 😄)for butternut “steak” which is where the idea for cutting the squash this way came from . So no originality here. Olive oil and brown sugar. Put on with the poppers. Done about the same time and the a quick cook of the filtered
