Problems with *.heic Photos

I cannot upload *.heic photos from my Windows 10 pc.  It works in my iphone, but not on the PC, so I have to convert them first.  
Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX.  2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.

    It will probably stay that way.  HEIC is Apple's proprietary image format to save space on IOS devices.  If you are in PC world and aren't worried about space, you can make your iphone save as jpegs natively in the settings.
