Sweet and spicy chicken

Tried the Sweet and Spicy chicken breast recipe that Theophan posted last year.

grilled direct raised. Some apple and cherry wood. Small fire using the vortex. Dome at 325.  When chicken was at 130 turned the tails (thinner section ) away from my fire So only the thick was directly over the fire. Following suggestions I found on this site, I pulled at 145 and rested 5 minutes. Very moist and great flavor. A new favorite for my wife and I.
