Lemon Garlic Pasta w/ Shrimp

Pasta was on the menu for tonight. I'm not cool like a lot of you fine folks that make their own pasta, so Barilla got the call.
Started off the shrimp by dusting it with DP IPA and threw it on the grill.
Made a "sauce" with some butter, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, parmesan and S&P.

Added in the pasta and shrimp. Gave it a lit stir and plated up with some basil and a little more parmesan. Served with Kroger's finest Cesar salad mix and Texas Toast.
