I poured concrete countertops. And polished them out.

I used wet diamond discs on grinder to polish concrete

Moving it a couple of feet to clean around it should not be a problem. Personally, I would have tucked the wheels under the table so they are not seen and also lowered the the whole unit so it sits 1/2" of the patio. This is one of the best tables I have seen. I was never a fan or the 2x4 looking picnic table with wheels that are the size that came off a wheel barrel.
