Simple Poke Chop

Options
Simple brined some bone in chops. Seasoned with DP IPA. Served with some mashed sweet taters. It is good.

    Nice!  Chops can get dry sometimes but bet the brine kept it nice and juicy

    @EggNorth these were just boiled, mashed and added cinnamon, butter, S&P.
