Saw him on a morning show today. I see on Amazon that he has several cookbooks published. Anyone have an opinion...worth buying?

    I recorded that show, and just saw the interview with Mr. Moore; thought, "Wait, didn't someone just post something about him?"   :)
     
    His new book looks very interesting, but I already have sooo many cookbooks...

    Same here....way too many cookbooks. I read the “sample” and it was pretty basic information, but it didn’t include any recipes, so I didn’t know if it was worthwhile.
