Bunless bison burger with sautéed onions and apples

Bunless Bison burger with sautéed onions and apples topped with Gouda and pepper jack cheeses


Grill at 375 with grill elevated to top of base


Mixed bison with minced onion and McCormack steak seasoning. Form into patties and add a bit of  Worcestershire sauce on top. Let set while onion and apple sautés and poppers grill. 


Poppers- mix softened cream cheese with fresh shredded cheddar and a sprig of rosemary. Wrap in bacon, toothpick to hold in place


Bison at 140, spooned sautéed onions and  apple on top of patties covered with Slice of Gouda and a slice of pepper-jack 🧀
