Cod Filet breaded in panko with oregano and garlic. Fried up in the AF. Fresh Tzatziki sauce and dill on top. Not bad at all for no egg used

Nice! I need to learn to make tzatziki sauce. I make yogurt all the time now.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

care to share the tzatziki recipe? I’ve made Alton Brown’s a couple of times, but can’t say that I know what a great one is.

@caliking - I used roughly 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, maybe 1 1/2 tbls each of fresh mint and
Dill, maybe 1/2 cup of a peeled and deseeded and grated cuke and a heavy squeeze of lemon juice.  S&P to taste.   Make sure to squeeze the water out of the cuke

@loco_engr - I’ve got the Cosori. I really like it. It’s the big model.  I can get you info if you like.

    Where's the garlic?!?!?!?
If it doesn't have garlic it ain't tzatziki. :)

    Awesome meal there.

To those who are lazy like me, Boar’s Head makes a great Tzatziki sauce. You can find it with their other pre-packaged items at your local grocer. I tried it once on impulse......not sure I will ever make it again. Disclosure.....I do not work for BH.

Looks great, the dill on top seals it!
