Why not grill the tomato? Plate looks great
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

When tomatoes first hit I like them straight off the counter and room temp with just a bit of salt.

Thanks buddy. This way pretty much a copycat of your last posted cook.

I thought you were having Vegemite, but that looks even better!

That's a good looking plate of simple, delicious goodness.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Please share where this roadside stand is located.  And I see you got some bacon in those beans, so bonus points.
