Costco wow: Pederson's Farm Sausage 10 pack

If you've ever had the breakfast sausage at an Austin Kerbey Lane, you've had Pederson's Natural Farms' breakfast sausage. I know this because I convinced the server to let me see the label in the kitchen.

A lot of sausage tastes similar to me with 2 exceptions: Pederson's, and the special sausage with brisket and other meats at Interstellar BBQ.

This really makes me wish making space for a freezer wasn't #9 on my project priority list...

As usual,  Costco's price is truly a good sale price not a fake sale price.
(Costco has a 10-pack for $90 vs $135 if ordering off Pederson's website)

This is the item available from Costco

Not same product as the breakfast sausage
https://pedersonsfarms.com/2016/12/09/breakfast-sausage/
but I bet it's delicious it does not include crap chemicals and tons of sugar.

I've found Pederson's breakfast sausage in Austin at the Wheatsville Coop South in the freezer
It looks like Whole Foods has them too.

Anyway, posting here since this is the kind of business I hope survives with so many restaurants closed and not buying as much of their product.

Cool, I will look for Pedersons, never seen it before and sausage is my fav.  BUT when it comes to support - how about your small local butchers ??  This company distributes to Costco, WF, Etc. so I would think they can weather the storm better than your >10 man local butcher shop.

My local butcher seems to be doing well with all the home cooking (always lines and requests have been sold out).  All I know  . . it would really suck if these mom & pop shops disappear and we are stuck with annoying costco, target, etc.

They’re not huge, they’re local (if you’re in Texas where the thread originated) and they’re not “corporate-factory”
