Ok, i've had the egg for about 3 months, I've cooked a butt, ribs, steaks, and various veggies but last night had my first "Oh My Gosh, this is Why I Bought the Egg" moment over some hamburgers, of all things. I mixed some ground round with Dizzy Pig Cowlick and Worcestire, made two patties for each burger, put some cheese between them and sandwiched them together. I cooked them at 350 for 5 minutes each side. My other half would not stop talking about those burgers all night!
