OT RTIC Cooler issue

Anyone ever noticed this in their RTIC coolers? Saw it yesterday. Has to be hurting the performance some. One month out of my 1 year warranty... on is just the level sitting on the top and the other I’m holding it down on one side.

    I have one of the 30 quart soft side coolers, but don’t have one of the hard side coolers.  I wonder if it is on purpose.  I know hard side coolers make for good seats, and in some situations fishing platforms.  Do you think it is designed to help withstand weight from above?

    I wondered about that and it makes sense but i think I would have noticed this by now. It’s basically the same thing I look for everyday as a carpenter.

    Mine will warp like that when left in direct sunlight. They’ve always leveled back out. You could always place something heavy in the center if it doesn’t and leave it in the sun

    Yeti does the same thing with the darker colors. It’s because it gets too hot like Colts said.
