Beef Ribs
Options
We had some great beef and pork ribs at Bobby-Qs in Phoenix yesterday. They said they cook all their ribs at 180 degrees for about 18 hours. Has anyone cooked ribs at this temperature? Any comments? I couldn't find much on searching the internet.
