OT - Glow Ride - Flexible 12v LED Water proof light strips-OT

I run a glow ride at a campground every Saturday night. Current setup needs to be upgraded.  The current LED Rope lights are 120V.  Prior to me running the glow ride, they used a generator to run these lights. When I took over, I bought a power inverter and a 12v deep cycle battery to run them.  (noise and exhaust concerns)

I am looking to upgrade to those light strips that you can trim to length.  I want a much neater appearance.  I plan to outline the wagon body, and the wooden hoops.  I need them to be waterproof as the wagon is stored under a cover but still in the outdoors.  

Can anyone recommend a product or website that they have used that they know has great customer service and a great product?  I want to go 12V to eliminate the inverter and just run directly off of the battery.  I can just charge the battery or batteries between uses. I may want programmable colors (Red White Blue for Memorial Day, 4th, and Labor Day) and do other colors for fall.  Possibly I will add music and have the lights "dance" to the beat. 

Anyone have any ideas?  There are so many websites that sell these things.  I don't want to use the one that pays the most for advertising and after I order, I realize they are shipping from PRC! Although I doubt any are made in the USA, I would prefer to work with a US vendor.
