Morning All:

The much better half wanted wings tonight so I was happy to make it happen... a total 14 drum pieces & 11 flats...after brining for a couple hours onto the Egg indirect at about 250...after about an hour I started raising the temp slowly so that at the end of two hours was at 400...rubs used were Dizzy Pig Mole & DP Shaking the Tree on the drums, with Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle & Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ on the flats...just about ready to come off the Egg...

Both of us are very happy with the results!
