Something is a little off about my Maverick. Is this adjustable or fixable? Or should I just upgrade thermometers?

    See if you can get a new temp probe. Probably open inside the braid.

    Show us where the maverick probe is. What’s the reading at the dome?  Have you checked both thermo in boiling water to see which is correct?

    You cannot calibrate it.  I suspect the probe is bad.
