I pretty much only skewer shrimp but these are super handy for anything. Everything rotates together. Nothing special about the cook just wanted to share the cool gadget. I've stolen plenty from here.

I see this as being a great tool for shrimp. I have struggled with shrimp on a traditional skewer. That said, i seldom egg my shrimp as the front end work is hard for me to justify with the quick cook. This is not intended to be critical of the solution.....just how i roll. I love the traditional skewers for kabobs......so please share your experiences with them when you get around to it. Tanks for sharing.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
