@dmourati I am looking forward to this cook on Saturday.  Yours look phenomenal. 

We have good friends / neighbors moving away, so trying to put together a great meal for them. I ordered 2 SRF Kurobuta tenderloins, so thinking this is a slam dunk.

 Do you have any good side suggestions for this cook?

@dmourati question about the potato recipe - could I do the every step ahead of time (boil, dry, add oil) earlier in the day - so when guest over I just pop in oven?

Pretty good !! I over cooked them a bit but flavor was so good.
