Sous Vide Pork Chops

I bought a big pack of rib chops from Costco and cooked two the other night on the egg. We brined them, they were good but a bit tough. Today we grilled another two after about 4 hrs sous vide and they were much better!
Grilled asparagus is from my friends garden, and yes, that’s a sourdough loaf !
