SWMBO Found a large package of Ground Beef at Costco last week so we decided to make some burgers.  Thought about varaiations of stuffed burgers then ended deciding on Jucy Lucies but...

Decided to make them three different ways- My oldest Daughter is Lactose intolerant, my younger daughter doesnt care for Blue Cheese so..

Isolating the dairy free (vegan cheese), shredded cheese is younger daughter
