I just lost access to smobot via the app. Went to the web based page and it threw an internal server error. Anyone else on a Smobot right now?

    Great service by Smobot. They responded to my trouble ticket in minutes. It was a DOS attack. But all is back to normal.

    It’s a denial of service attack on a web server. In this case Smobot believes it was foreign (most are). The perpetrators bombard the web server with so many bogus requests that the server is either unable to respond to legitimate traffic or literally crashes. Some of these attacks can be very intense and prolonged. In this case Smobot was able to recover quickly.
