Camping with the Small BGE (multiple cooks)

Trying to have some safe family fun, so rented a little cabin on the river. Multiple cooks on the small:
  • Chicken fajitas
  • Cheeseburgers
  • Steak and corn
  • S’mores
We also made homemade ice cream-in-a-bag which was easy and fun for the kids.

    Just plain awesomeness!

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Great food and better memories being made right there.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Congrats.  Great times and cooks.  Winning all the way around.  Outstanding!
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

The grub looks good, but your kid  obviously had a grand time!

(I may be  most jealous of his haircut. I need one quite badly).
