My first brisket

This one came out a little dry, but better than I thought I'd do on first try. Early on in the cook I had to run to the store and while I was gone, my temp drifted low for about an hour. This meant that I didn't have time to wrap the meat and put in cooler at the end, so that may have been part of my dryness issue.

All that said, no one complained!!
