We eat a pretty good amount of lamb -- typically on holidays -- and I have to say I usually wing it and marinate with what I have on hand, often a vaguely Asian style or heavy on the rosemary and garlic.  This time, I actually researched and followed a recipe and it was probably the best lollipops I ever made.  Go figure.  The tzatziki also was delicious, although not the least bit spicy despite the name.
