The menu was simple surf and turf. 

4lb prime rib roast seasoned with a mix of Dizzy Pig and SRF seasonings.  Cooked on the XL Egg at 250 until it hit 112-115 internal.  Didn’t feel like pulling everything out of the egg so in an attempt to speed up the process it was finished on the Blackstone

Honestly I have no idea why I haven’t used the Blackstone to finish RS steaks all along

    Tell me about the surf!!  Great looking banquet right there.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    @lousubcap nothing fancy, we got small tails, about 6oz each.  Removed the shell and used a little swamp venom on them.  Drizzled with melted butter during the cook.  They took about 8 min to get to 140.
