Ive had may large bge for about a month, it came from the Mothership and I have baked pizzas (8 minutes at 600 degrees) T-Rexed ribeyes,smoked ribs, chicken on a beer can, brisket, sausage (homemade and store bought) pork butt, ect. This is one of the best things I have EVER bought!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's easy to use and setting the temps isnt a problem. Living on the Gulf Coast, sure it will get some hurricane use soon--hope not , but you never know.
My FIL had a Kamado clay smoker from Japan and its problely 40 years old, and still working good.
