Favorite HOT SAUCE for your BGE'd meat?

You guys turned me onto Yellowbird with the last hot sauce thread. I’m looking forward to trying more of their products, I can say the same for dizzy rubs too.

I think the carrot in habanero sauces is for color more than anything else.

The habanero is the best I've tried so far, but the agave sriracha is really good too.

I used this on some Bge'd and air fried wings. It is absolutely addicting. Highly recommend!

Thanks! This is exactly what I was hoping for with this thread.  A small company's product, and a link to buy it!  I had to buy two to get free shipping... I'm sure it'll be good.  (I love Aji Amarillo but always forget about it)

From the habanero sauce that I make, the carrot certainly adds color, but the primary reason I use it is a filler. I can make an orange sauce that maintains the color, without being screaming hot. The carrot does add a lot of sweetness, that may or may not be desirable.
The first habanero sauce I ran across many years ago was called "Agent Orange" it had a lot of carrots and garlic, It was beyond scorching hot.

I got the sauce shipment just before dinner tonight! Unfortunately dinner was lo-mein takeout that really didn't go with the sour Habanero/Aji sauce,

BUT I also got a small container of the GUAJILLO & RED JALAPENO! Holy heck that stuff is good.  They only had the small bottles and I ate a third of it on one meal.  Great stuff.  It' like a more flavorful Sriracha, but a little less spicy.  Excellent!

Here is what I have at the moment. I am waiting on a mix 4 pack from Burns and McCoy to arrive. I've also made a few batches of homemade chipotle hot sauce.

The show sounds kind of lame but I throughly enjoy watching it. Sean Evans is a natural host and one of the best in the business. It's worth checking a few out if you like wings and hot sauces.

I love the premise of his show - having guests squirm over sauces of increasing intensity while being asked interview questions. 

Sean seems eminently likeable and I think he’s a great host, but I find his delivery affected and his constant gesticulating very distracting. I forget who it was, but one guest ribbed him for the latter (might have been Gervais). 

Favourite one I’ve seen so far is with Gordon Ramsay, who predictably criticizes the wings in incendiary fashion.

I reviewed a Food Wishes video for a Franken-recipe I'm working on today, he made a wing sauce that was a large glop of honey, a large glop of Sriracha, a small splash of white vinegar and a few drops of sesame oil.
