Rack of Lamb each. Simply marinaded in Olive Oil, Garlic and some salt to season. Cooked at roughly 190c.
Homemade potato rostis to go with.

Looks great and a very cool picture with the smoke and flames dancing around the lamb racks. I had to google potato rostis- they look excellent.
I like my potato rostis scattered, smothered, and covered.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
