Bloody Mary Marinated Chicken Breasts

Marinated about 5 hours in Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix and grilled raised direct with a tiny piece of Post Oak.
Turned out fantastic. Tender and juicy. Hit with a little rub on the grill.
Sliced and put over a salad.

Thank you,
Darian

An interesting marination idea. I've never considered a bloody mary mix for a marinade. At one time there was a Tabasco mix on the market, I bet it would work well, it should bring a good spice level.

Only 5 hours?  Ron's 50 hour marinade has been a hit from many for wings...

I have made variations of Ron’s wing recipe for years.
But the boneless, skinless breasts seemed to do well at just 5 hours.

What is your thought of putting frozen breasts in the Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix and stick in fridge. Add a few extra hours?
