    Nice move to provide some outlet/relief for the townspeople.  
    But I don't know of any Texan who watches or pays any attention to time of day for the opening adult supervisory beverage.   B)

    Nice concept but, I am not getting the maths here... moving ahead 3 hours then moving back 2 hours.  What happens with that "lost" hour?
