Schnitzel and wings

Roll cut a pork tenderloin, pounded it thin, breaded and fried.



Butter infused with thyme before frying. 




Wings pics are a retread from yesterday, but I liked them so much I made them again tonight. Just didn’t snag any pics. 

Coated in cornstarch/rub then tossed in sauce.





I’m full as a tick. Thanks for looking.

    Tonight was my first time doing it. Nothing to it. Plenty of how-tos on the YouTube.
