Quarantine - Birthday Cooks
This past Saturday we had to celebrate and family birthday at home. Nothing going on but cooking so we made a day of it. Not everything was on the egg but some of the proteins were.
Started off the day with Scott Eggs and Cinnamon-Date Buns.
We had a cheese board for a happy hour. Homemade baguettes and homemade chicken liver pâté.
Dinner was a tomahawk ribeye and crabcakes.
Dessert was a marbled cheesecake brownie.
Good times. Everything was tasty. Thanks for looking.

Fine eating all the way around. Looks like a great time.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Lot of great looking food right there.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
