The tail end of the leftovers were giving us the stink-eye from the fridge, so we had to do something.

Chopped and squeezed dry.  Gave them the crab cake treatment, served with my MiL’s family’s mustard sauce recipe.  I never fry anything but the rare fish taco or falafel, but this was worthy.

That’s cabbage, corned beef, onion, potatoes and carrots.
