Morning All:
Our parish fish fry's are obviously not happening at this time (though they are very, very good) so we came up with our own fish dinner...salmon & spaghetti squash...started the squash first...cut in half, scrap out seeds, a little EVOO then some Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish & Kosher salt...on the Egg at about 400 for about an hour...
Once the squash was soft, scraped it from the rind into a shallow dish, added some butter & DP Shaking the Tree, put back on the Egg with the salmon...
The larger pieces of salmon had DP Raging River then basted with melted butter & Maple syrup...the small piece is a bourbon glazed piece from Publix...on the plate for some GOOOOOD eating...
We do miss the fellowship of the fish fry, but hard to beat this meal!

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'
