Purchased from a new (to me) supplier.  Will do a separate thread on them sometime, good story there.
Naked.....
On they go with Salt, Pepper and Garlic.  270ish indirect, Rockwood and hickory chunks.....
About 5 hours in, not quite there.....
They came off after about 5.5+ hours.....
Basic boring sides, spinach greens sauteed in butter and a salad.....

    In contact with them now trading messages, 1 1/2 hr drive for me (1 way) she estimated $20-25 shipping on 2, 3 packs of short ribs almost a toss up if I could drive there & back for $25
    wouldn't be back in stock until 1 week of April  :s

    Costco here in Huntsville had beef short ribs today? Anyone ever had theirs? 

    I went with a brisket flat just so I could smoke something as they were out of all butts, ribs, and pork belly but these pictures make me want to go get the short ribs
