No way I last two more weeks of this crazy, but this helped. It works great on the Egg over direct heat or you can do it over a campfire like I show in the video if you have a spot that permits open air burning.

Start with raw sausage of your favourite variety and slice them into bite size chuncks
Chop up a supply stash of onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic cloves and potatoes
Use either butter or olive oil
Add seasonings (we used slap yo mama since I like it spicy)
Process
make a foil packet from tin foil, add whichever ingredients you would like, Wrap tight, sign the outside with a marker and throw into / above the fire and cook for about 15min per side until done. Open your pack and eat from there.
Congratulations, you've just survived another hour or two with the family in self isolation
