AF Talapia and curry sauce over Cauli Rice

Talapia hit with SPOG in the air fryer.  

Garlic, ginger,lemon grass  green onion, curry powder, red curry paste, fish sauce and coconut milk made the sauce with Holy Basil added in at the end. 

Served over cauliflower rice

    Did you start with prepared cauliflower rice, or make your own? I've heard people say the prepared stuff is vinegary/weird, but I've only ever made my own. Frozen would be a lot easier.

    @Kayak. - I’ve done both and can’t  tell a noticeable difference.  This batch was from a freezer bag.
