Mark Allen Warner of River Falls, Wisconsin holds what is likely to remain an unbroken record for the greatest number of DUIs in the state. He racked up a total of 15 drunk driving convictions before the age of 40, mainly in the 1990s.

You're lucky. We have someone almost double that with 28 of them...

Nebr. has never won a NCAA bracket game, with Barry's in this one a change in outlook is not promising.  Many in Lincoln would likely vote The Zoo Bar instead.
@Botch, you may well 50th in booze but I think at one time Utah was 1st in another vice!?   🙂

I live in a college town.  6 square blocks of bars by the University.  We (Hays KS) have the highest alcohol consumption per capita in Kansas.  I believe it.  Lots of beer drinking Volga Germans. Octoberfest is a 2 day drunk here.
I frequented TobyJugs. It's hard to beat the Q though. There was a brief period of time when they served "beer towers". I believe they were 100 oz.

I can (barely) recall an evening where we were drinking with a local Dr. and he talked the wait-staff into serving us pitchers of crown and water....That was a fuzzy night.

Welcome to the forum.  Yes I spent a lot of time (and money) in both the Q and Toby Jugs.  I used to take my sub techs and their spouses/girlfriends to Tobys on Friday evenings, and we sat on the outdoor patio and drank beer. Lots & lots of beer!
