Maple Sriracha (and scotch) Drumsticks

Well the stars and the Super Worm Moon aligned today.  Found this recipe on the FB feed.  Posted by a Noel Malcom.  The flavor profile was unique to me.

I substituted wings for drumsticks, Jack Daniels for scotch, and raised direct instead of indirect.

Also added about a tsp of tobacco to the glaze for more heat.

375, flipped at 20 and 40.  Applied glaze at 50 and pulled at 55.

Skin was crisp, meat was tender, and the flavors were awesome!  Definitely making these again.
