Gambas al Ajillo; Grilled Tomato Tapas

This was so good.

Shrimp: cooked garlic in olive oil then added sherry, red pepper flakes, and thyme. Marinated for 45 minutes then cooked in the marinade. 

Tapas: tossed tomatoes in olive oil and grilled, then pulsed lightly in the food processor while incorporating paprika, salt and a bit of honey.
