Keto Recipes Please

I’ve done keto off and on several times over the years and always managed to lose enough weight to feel good but I let my off period go too far this time and really got out of shape. I started again the last week of January. I’m down 16 pounds and want to lose another 20. We’ve made it more of a lifestyle change this time than a diet so hopefully I can sustain it this time. We’re looking for more keto recipes though. So if anybody has good suggestions we’d love to hear them. Kamado, sous vide, instant pot, blackstone or crock pot as we use them all on a weekly basis.

This is one of my favs.
Brown the short ribs. Add the cream cheese, beef broth, shrooms, and spices to a Dutch oven (crockpot works too).

Cover and onto the egg (or oven, crockpot, etc) at 300 until tender, usually about 4-5 hrs.

I usually increase the recipe and do 3-4 lbs of short ribs at a time, because well, why not.

Looks good. Adding to the shopping list. Never done beef ribs before. Dumb question. Online grocery website shows country style beef ribs and beef back ribs. What’s the difference?

Chicken tenderloins, egg wash, crushed pork rinds, air fried, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, celery.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • More of an ingredient than a recipe: fried (or baked) cheddar cheese taco shells.

There are many delicious recipes that you can make on a ketogenic diet. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Avocado Deviled Eggs: Hard boil some eggs, cut them in half, and scoop out the yolks. Mash the yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, and a pinch of salt. Scoop the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

Keto Chili: Brown some ground beef in a pan, and then add diced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Stir in a can of diced tomatoes, some beef broth, and a tablespoon each of chili powder and cumin. Let the chili simmer for 30 minutes, and then serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on top.

Keto Caesar Salad: Toss some chopped romaine lettuce with a homemade Caesar dressing made with mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, lemon juice, and garlic. Top with croutons made from low-carb bread and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Keto Zucchini Noodles: Spiralize some zucchini and sauté it in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and your choice of protein (such as shrimp or chicken). Add some cherry tomatoes and basil for extra flavor.

Keto Cinnamon Rolls: Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder you can also try this on a Keto recipe, and salt to form a dough. Roll out the dough and spread with softened butter, cinnamon, and erythritol (a low-carb sweetener). Roll up the dough and slice into rolls. Bake until golden brown and serve with a cream cheese glaze.

I hope these recipes give you some inspiration for your ketogenic diet!

make this but use a keto friendly cocktail sauce to replace the ketchup, doesnt hurt to go heavy with added horseradish. high protein, avocados, lots of fresh veggies.
