My egg is sweating!

So I haven't used the egg for a few weeks. Today is first kind of warm day. Heating up the egg for a pizza cook and the egg is sizzling and sweating! There was no frost or anything on it. Sounds kind of like bacon sizzling but lower volume. Better not crack...

Normal ceramic Kamado behavior. Happens when the ceramics are moist and a higher temp cook over a longer period drives the moisture back out. You may cook on.
