Outdoor kitchen 1000 watt water resistant sound system build

This is probably, no definitely over kill, and a wasteful amount of time.

Over time Ive installed numerous house, car, motorcycle, and boat, big stereo installs, Harley's, competition grade etc.  Last year I upgraded the wife's motorcycle sound system and had components left over, on the shelf, in the garage.  I tried to sell them but no one really had interest.

During my outdoor grill/kitchen build I have been trying to figure out a way to get sound out there.  Problem is I want it outside.  I didn't want to keep running in and out to make adjustments etc.  I put up an inflatable screen for movie night and always have to drag out a sound system.  Late nights I'm out there alone dragging it back in.  A regular house receiver cant handle the weather and moisture full time.  Plus hogs space I do not have.

My thoughts were to build something that can handle the weather, be protected under the paver stones and countertop.  Be wall mountable, sound great with some bass.  If I do setup the out door movies just plug in to a jack or plug and use the same sound system.

Took some sorting, and chasing my tail to get rid of unwanted hmmms, and 60hz sounds of the power supplies but I finally got it all done for at least a test run.  Small things left, solder wires instead of temp wire nuts etc.  Extremely excited darn thing works and works great.  Thumps and is crystal clear.  Alexia voice controlled.  multiple inputs, separate volume controls and blue tooth.  Unit stays outside but easily removable with 4 wing nuts and 3 plugs.  400 watts to the 4 speakers, and 600 watts to the sub.

I've got an outdoor setup that is just a regular stereo receiver hidden in a cabinet and a bluetooth dongle as an input.  Nice wiring and setup - where is the receiver in the photo?  It's not in the white box, right?  Those are amps, a mixer and a hum reducer.. so it's the power amp/switch box.  Is the black box the motorcycle receiver?

everything is in the box except the rca jacks that are ran along the inside of the kitchen to behind the fridge for plug in movie night. There are two sets. The mini mixer has 4 inputs, 2 for the theater, alexa, and cell phone if used.  There is an amazon alexa input only.  It's going to be in a vacuum sealed bag with a silica gel, surprisingly still works fine, and the amp has a 2x3 inch controller that is flush mounted in the black trim between the grill and burner.

The amazon firestick bluetooth sync to the amp directly.  so far testing everthing works. So the receiver is the 2x3.   I have no where to put a house receiver.  I thought of that.  In ohio the weather is too shaky.  This weekend Im going to seal the inside of the pavers with the henrys black sealer they use around foundations when building houses.

The black boxes are inline filter chokes to remove 60hz hums from the power supplies to the amps and separate external fuse holders to be safe.

From experience of having the amps in motorcycle bags, and under plastics next to the motors they never shut down for thermo reasons.   They are marine rated for moisture and corrosion.  The gains in this setup is less than 30 %. The output is ridiculous at low volumes. Trial run inside the case indoors for 10 hours never shut down.  I used flex seal tape to seal the tops and downward angles.  I am using Henrys concrete sealer like what they use on foundations of new built houses, on the wall the mount will go on, under the granite.  The cover is vented.  Downward vents.  Ohio averages 90's heat wise.  They never get warm to the touch.  Any tips.  Id love them.  This was a why the heck not project  Only powered up during usage.  Smart outlets for power on/off with alexia or app.
